Overview

Dr. Ágoston Temesi is a food marketing, food consumer behaviour expert. His research topics cover brand related behaviour, fish consumer behaviour, alcoholic beverages consumer and customer behaviour, functional food consumer behaviour, organic food customer behaviour, palm oil consumer behaviour etc. From a methodological point of view, Ágoston works with the experimental auction of a non-hypothetical tool for measuring customer behaviour, which is a novelty in Central-Europe.
