Overview

Dr. Ákos Juhász examines the microbiota of various environmental (mainly soil and intestinal) samples and explores the in vitro and in vivo antimicrobial effects of plant extracts. He is an expert in traditional microbiological and modern metagenomic techniques. Since 2000, he has been consistently delivering lectures and laboratory practices, as well as serving as the supervisor for numerous student research projects (TDK) and theses.
