Overview

Dr. Tibor Nagy's primary responsibility involves assisting fellow research scientists with bioinformatic analysis, encompassing tasks such as mutation finding and identifying differentially expressed genes. Additionally, he constructs databases and websites to facilitate collaboration and the sharing of results among collaborators. Leveraging coding skills, he adeptly automates complex computational tasks in support of these endeavors.
