Overview

Dr. Csilla Sörös is a food chemistry scientist. Her research focuses mainly on the analytical chemistry of food constituents including pesticides, mycotoxins, poly-halogenated (such as PFAS) compounds or food additives. Another area of her research belongs to the field of collodics including contact wetting tests. By connecting the two research topics, for example, the wetting ability of plant protection spray formula can be examined, which can also be supplemented with pesticide residual data in crops.
